We collect business information including legal name, operating name, contact details, and business address. We collect customer delivery information including name, phone number, email, and delivery address. We collect driver location data during active deliveries for real-time tracking and proof of delivery. We also collect transaction data including delivery fees, commissions, and payout information.
We use collected information for order fulfillment, delivery tracking, payment processing, customer support, and platform improvement. Business contact information is used to communicate about orders, account status, and service updates. Customer delivery information is used solely for fulfilling the specific delivery order and is not retained for marketing purposes. Driver location data is used only during active deliveries and is not stored beyond the delivery completion period.
We share order and delivery information with Vendors (only their own orders) and KodaGO drivers (only for assigned deliveries) to facilitate delivery services. We share payment information with Stripe, our payment processor, to process transactions. We never share full card details. All payment data is tokenized and handled by Stripe. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may disclose information where required by law.
We protect data using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to personal and business data is restricted to authorized personnel only, with role-based access controls. All system actions are logged in audit trails for security monitoring. Customer tracking links are tokenized and expire after delivery completion. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain incident response procedures.
Business account data is retained for the duration of the Vendor relationship and for a configurable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Customer delivery data is retained for 90 days after delivery completion, after which it is automatically purged. Transaction and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law. Vendors may request data export or deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Vendors may export their business data at any time through the portal. Customers may request deletion of their delivery information.
